MOTS-C math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 5 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

U-100 math for listed MOTS-C sizes. Each cell is micrograms per syringe mark if you add that much liquid. The table does the same math as the calculator. It does not pick an amount for you.
| Listed vial | 1 mL liquid | 2 mL liquid | 3 mL liquid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 50 | 25 | 16.7 |
| 10 mg | 100 | 50 | 33.3 |
The name is a library listing for research vials. Some blends pair MOTS-c with humanin on a separate card. A blend is not two finished clinical programs. The mechanism language is mitochondrial and metabolic. It is not a fat-loss verdict.
Mitochondrial-derived peptide studied in metabolic signaling.
FDA product approval
not established. No US therapeutic product approval is established by this curated source set; other countries and products may differ.
Compounding
not established. Compounded products do not carry FDA product approval; legal eligibility is not established here.
Research
investigational. Human therapeutic outcomes are not established in this catalog.
Sport
prohibited. WADA S4 lists MOTS-c.
Lee et al. (PMID 25738459) introduced MOTS-c in metabolic-regulation models. Later human and review papers (including PMID 33473109) discuss exercise and aging. Those data are not product approval. They do not test research-market vials. Sport status is unverified on the catalog card.
We mark the cited papers as D. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.
The catalog does not record a single hour value. No verified formulation-specific human estimate in this source set; no guessed value is supplied.
Listed sizes are 5 mg and 10 mg. Use the vial label. This page does not invent a mix liquid or a throw-away date.
People using PepBear often log: Existing clinician-directed records, symptoms and dated health measurements. Record missing data; trends do not demonstrate causation.
Sparse trials do not prove “no effect.” They also do not prove a reliable effect in people buying research vials. The catalog keeps those as separate questions.
The blend has its own card. This calculator uses MOTS-c-only listed sizes.
Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.
A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
