Ipamorelin math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 5 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

U-100 math for listed Ipamorelin sizes. Each cell is micrograms per syringe mark if you add that much liquid. The table does the same math as the calculator. It does not pick an amount for you.
| Listed vial | 1 mL liquid | 2 mL liquid | 3 mL liquid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 50 | 25 | 16.7 |
| 10 mg | 100 | 50 | 33.3 |
Research-market vials and blends (including CJC mixes) use the ipamorelin name as a listing. A blend label is not two proven clinical products. The catalog talks about receptor selectivity. That is not a body-composition claim. Pulse first.
Growth-hormone secretagogue acting through the ghrelin receptor.
FDA product approval

Compounding
not established. Compounded products do not carry FDA product approval; legal eligibility is not established here.
Research
investigational. Limited human studies; safety observations do not establish wellness benefit.
Sport
prohibited. WADA S2 lists this growth-hormone secretagogue.
Raun et al. (PMID 9849822) described ipamorelin as a selective growth-hormone secretagogue in animal and early human work. Later papers discuss pulse shape and side-effect contrast with GHRP-6 and hexarelin. Those papers do not write a consumer plan. They do not test every seller vial. FDA compounding-risk pages stay the regulatory context for unapproved secretagogues. A 10 mg blend that also lists CJC still needs the ipamorelin milligrams split out before this calculator can turn that vial into units.
We mark the cited papers as C. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.
The catalog does not record a single hour value. No verified formulation-specific human estimate in this source set; no guessed value is supplied.
Listed sizes are 5 mg and 10 mg. Blends that also contain CJC have their own cards. They do not share this units chart. Split the blend. If the Instagram label says 10 mg total and lists two peptides, this calculator still needs the ipamorelin milligrams alone before it can turn that barrel into units.

Selectivity is a lab description from cited experiments. Safety for one person is a clinician question. This page does not clear anyone to use it.
Only if you know the ipamorelin mass in the vial you hold. A 10 mg blend is not 10 mg of one peptide. Use the blend’s own card when the label is combined.
Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.
A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
