Tirzepatide math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 10 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

U-100 math for listed Tirzepatide sizes. Each cell is micrograms per syringe mark if you add that much liquid. The table does the same math as the calculator. It does not pick an amount for you.
| Listed vial | 1 mL liquid | 2 mL liquid | 3 mL liquid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 100 | 50 | 33.3 |
| 30 mg | 300 | 150 | 100 |
Other names in the library include Zepbound, Mounjaro, T-10, and T-30. Approved-product evidence applies to the labeled pen in DailyMed. A 10 mg or 30 mg research vial is a seller listing. It is not a substitute pen. It does not let you copy the label schedule.

SURMOUNT-1 (PMID 36356202) reported weight results for tirzepatide versus placebo in adults with obesity, first as a study drug and then as a labeled product. The current Zepbound label has boxed warnings, including thyroid C-cell tumor risk in rodents and do-not-use rules for MTC and MEN2. Stomach reactions, pancreatitis, and kidney injury after dehydration show up among label warnings. Food leaving the stomach more slowly can change how oral drugs absorb. Those are label facts. This website does not tell you to start therapy.
We mark the cited papers as A. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.
The catalog does not record a single hour value. The current Zepbound label reports approximately 5–6 days; no falsely precise single value is supplied.
The vendor file lists 10 mg and 30 mg research sizes. Approved pens have their own storage carton. Keep those instructions separate.

Zepbound is a specific approved product. Research-market vials are not that product. They do not inherit its approval or proven sameness.
From the mass and liquid you type and a U-100 scale of 100 marks per mL. The page never fills a medical amount.
Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.
A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
