Semaglutide math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 3 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

U-100 math for listed Semaglutide sizes. Each cell is micrograms per syringe mark if you add that much liquid. The table does the same math as the calculator. It does not pick an amount for you.
| Listed vial | 1 mL liquid | 2 mL liquid | 3 mL liquid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 mg | 30 | 15 | 10 |
| 5 mg | 50 | 25 | 16.7 |
| 6 mg | 60 | 30 | 20 |

STEP 1 (PMID 33567185) is the widely cited obesity trial for semaglutide 2.4 mg weekly versus placebo, on top of lifestyle change, in the studied group. The Wegovy label lists stomach reactions. It lists pancreatitis warnings. It lists gallbladder disease. It also lists the rodent thyroid C-cell boxed warning with MTC/MEN2 do-not-use rules. Insulin or sulfonylurea combinations raise low-blood-sugar risk on the label. Research-market 3 mg, 5 mg, or 6 mg vials are not the trial pen.
We mark the cited papers as A. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.
168 hours. Approximately one week in the Wegovy label; a pharmacokinetic observation, not a schedule.
The vendor file lists 3 mg, 5 mg, and 6 mg research sizes. Approved-device storage is printed on that carton. This page does not reprint the carton.

Labeled amounts live on the product label and with a licensed clinician. The calculator only converts numbers you type.
People already hold those vials and ask how the U-100 math works. The chart lists a size so the algebra is visible.
Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.
A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
