Retatrutide math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 6 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

U-100 math for listed Retatrutide sizes. Each cell is micrograms per syringe mark if you add that much liquid. The table does the same math as the calculator. It does not pick an amount for you.
| Listed vial | 1 mL liquid | 2 mL liquid | 3 mL liquid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 mg | 60 | 30 | 20 |
| 10 mg | 100 | 50 | 33.3 |
| 12 mg | 120 | 60 | 40 |
| 30 mg | 300 | 150 | 100 |
Seller aliases include R-10, R-30, and several milligram labels. Those names are not proven matches for Lilly trial material. Oral, nasal, or “premium” research listings do not inherit trial results. The mechanism language here comes from the study program. It is not a wellness claim.

The 2023 Phase 2 obesity paper (PMID 37366315) and the September 2026 TRIUMPH-2 Phase 3 report (PMID 42810372) are the cited human trials. TRIUMPH-2 randomized 1,152 adults with obesity and type 2 diabetes over 80 weeks. Stomach issues, low blood pressure, and odd skin sensation showed up more often with retatrutide than control in that paper. Different ways of counting change the headline percent. The sponsor paid for the trial and used controlled study material. A gray-market R-30 vial is not that product. FDA’s unapproved GLP-1 statement covers safety of unapproved versions used for weight loss.
We mark the cited papers as B. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.
human-trial
TRIUMPH-2 reported weight reduction at 80 weeks in 1,152 randomized adults with obesity and type 2 diabetes; gastrointestinal adverse events, low blood pressure and altered sensation were more frequent with retatrutide.
Adults with obesity and type 2 diabetes; published online September 29, 2026. Sponsor-funded trial of controlled study material. Results do not establish approval or equivalence of commercial research preparations. Different statistical estimands yield different headline weight-loss percentages.
The catalog does not record a single hour value. No verified formulation-specific human estimate in this source set; no guessed value is supplied.
The vendor file lists 6 mg, 10 mg, 12 mg, and 30 mg research sizes. Trial storage is not a home plan. Read the label on the vial you hold. Shelf the paper. An R-30 listing is a seller title, and the TRIUMPH-2 paper measured a defined study product over 80 weeks in 1,152 adults, so those two objects stay on separate shelves.
People using PepBear often log: Dated weight, symptoms and clinician-directed metabolic records, alongside other medicines and activity. Record missing observations and changes in appetite, gastrointestinal symptoms and sensation; the app does not infer a treatment effect.
As of Oct 9, 2026 the catalog records it as not approved. FDA says compounding is restricted under federal law.
Trial amounts belong to the cited protocol and study material. The chart only turns a labeled vial mass and a liquid volume into U-100 units for numbers you type.
Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.
A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
