PT-141 math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 10 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

U-100 math for listed PT-141 sizes. Each cell is micrograms per syringe mark if you add that much liquid. The table does the same math as the calculator. It does not pick an amount for you.
| Listed vial | 1 mL liquid | 2 mL liquid | 3 mL liquid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 100 | 50 | 33.3 |
| 50 mg | 500 | 250 | 166.7 |
| 100 mg | 1000 | 500 | 333.3 |
The cited mechanism is melanocortin-receptor activity. Nasal research sprays and injectable research vials are different from the approved under-the-skin autoinjector. Large 50 mg and 100 mg listings are listing sizes, often sprays. They are not a copied label amount.
Bremelanotide is a melanocortin receptor agonist.
FDA product approval
approved product. Vyleesi (bremelanotide); approval does not extend to research-labeled PT-141 products.
Compounding
not established. Compounded products do not carry FDA product approval; legal eligibility is not established here.
Research
product specific. Premenopausal women with acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder meeting the Vyleesi label.
Sport
unknown. Not individually verified; consult your sport authority.
Approved-product evidence lives on the Vyleesi label and in the supporting low-desire trials (background including PMID 12904803 for bremelanotide’s melanocortin activity). Nausea, flushing, headache, and short blood-pressure rises appear in label materials. Those facts do not create a general wellness or tanning use. They do not validate research sprays.
We mark the cited papers as A. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.
The catalog does not record a single hour value. Not normalized across research products; see the approved-product pharmacokinetics.
Use the form you actually hold. A spray bottle and a freeze-dried vial do not share one chart assumption beyond the labeled mass you type.
People using PepBear often log: Existing clinician-directed records, symptoms and dated health measurements. Record missing data; trends do not demonstrate causation.
Vyleesi is a specific approved product and device. Research-market PT-141 listings do not inherit that approval.
That string appears on seller titles in the catalog file. It is a labeled mass for math. The page does not turn that mass into an amount to take.
Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.
A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
