Epithalon math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 10 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

U-100 math for listed Epithalon sizes. Each cell is micrograms per syringe mark if you add that much liquid. The table does the same math as the calculator. It does not pick an amount for you.
| Listed vial | 1 mL liquid | 2 mL liquid | 3 mL liquid |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 100 | 50 | 33.3 |
The library uses the epithalon spelling as the main id. Search still finds epitalon. A telomerase idea stays a lab finding. It does not write a dosing calendar. Spellings stay linked.
A human therapeutic mechanism is not established in this catalog; laboratory hypotheses do not establish clinical benefit.
FDA product approval
not established. No US therapeutic product approval is established by this curated source set; other countries and products may differ.
Compounding
not established. Compounded products do not carry FDA product approval; legal eligibility is not established here.
Research
investigational. Human cell lines and preclinical work; no demonstrated human longevity benefit.
Sport
unknown. Not individually verified; consult the current sport rules. Absence of a listing is not permission.
Khavinson-associated papers (including PMID 12937682 and 14501183) report telomere and hormone observations in specific models and small groups. Study material, age of the papers, and missing modern controls limit what you can infer. Those papers do not approve a consumer vial. They do not measure today’s 10 mg research product. A telomere reading in an old lab model stays in that model even when a seller reprints the same four amino acids on a 10 mg vial.
We mark the cited papers as D. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.
The catalog does not record a single hour value. No verified formulation-specific human estimate in this source set; no guessed value is supplied.
The chart uses the 10 mg listing. Follow the printed label. This page does not invent a cycle length.
People using PepBear often log: Existing clinician-directed records, symptoms and dated health measurements. Record missing data; trends do not demonstrate causation.
Lab telomerase findings are not a lifespan trial. This page will not turn them into an outcome claim.
It is a spelling variant of the same catalog card. It is not a second molecule on this site.
Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.
A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
A licensed clinician must interpret the evidence for your situation. This entry provides education, not treatment instructions. Not medical advice. PepBear does not pick a dose, a cycle, or a seller.
