Phase 2 work (PMID 34798060) reported weight results in studied adults. Later combination programs (CagriSema / REDEFINE family) are separate plans with their own citations when added. Stomach side effects appear in the incretin-plus-amylin papers. Trial findings stay inside their group, length, and product. A C-10 research listing does not inherit a combination-trial schedule just because both names mention amylin.
