BPC-157 calculator

BPC-157 math uses the listed vial sizes on this card and the liquid you type. Concentration in mcg per mL is vial milligrams times 1000, divided by milliliters. A U-100 syringe has 100 marks per milliliter, so each unit is that concentration divided by 100. Example numbers so you can see the math: a 6 mg listing plus 2 mL of liquid. Change any number and the units change. Try the numbers. A research-market vial is not the same material used in a trial.

What is BPC-157?

Sellers list BPC-157 as vials, sprays, and capsules. A listing is a listing. It does not prove every form matches the material in a paper. Lab work has looked at tissue repair, growth-factor, and nitric-oxide pathways. Those ideas stay ideas until a controlled human study of the same preparation answers a clinical question.

Laboratory studies explore tissue repair, growth-factor and nitric-oxide pathways. These mechanisms remain incompletely resolved in humans.

Regulatory status, dated 2026-10-09

FDA product approval

not established. No US therapeutic product approval is established by this curated source set; other countries and products may differ.

Compounding

not established. FDA’s July 2026 advisory briefing recommended against 503A inclusion. An advisory recommendation is not a final rule, product approval or determination of every pharmacy’s eligibility.

Research

investigational. Early human observational reports and extensive preclinical hypotheses; controlled clinical benefit remains unresolved.

Sport

prohibited. WADA S0 names BPC-157 as prohibited at all times.

What the cited papers actually measured

A 2021 knee-pain series looked back at 12 people who received BPC-157 alone. Eleven said they felt better. One did not. There was no control group. Follow-up was by phone. Some other clinic patients also received TB4, so the series cannot prove BPC-157 caused the change. FDA’s 2026 briefing collected a small set of human reports plus local reactions, breathing trouble, and skin-color changes. FDA said blame is weak because people often used other products and details are missing. A March 2026 public thread has better, no-change, and mood-change comments. Vote counts are not rates. A missing large trial does not prove “no effect.” Forum posts do not prove an effect. If the only human numbers you can find are twelve knees and a phone follow-up, that is the whole cited clinic record on this card.

We mark the cited papers as C. That is our label for how strong those papers are. It does not say the compound works.

human-observation

In a 2021 clinic series, 11 of 12 people receiving BPC-157 alone reported pain improvement and one did not.

12 BPC-only respondents within a 17-patient retrospective clinic series; some other patients also received TB4. Reported human outcomes exist. Retrospective selection, subjective telephone follow-up, absence of a control group and limited safety monitoring prevent causal efficacy or safety conclusions.

human-observation

FDA catalogued limited human studies and adverse reports with incomplete monitoring and substantial uncertainty.

Small published studies and spontaneous adverse-event reports, not a representative treated population. Events are reports, not confirmed substance-specific causation. Short studies and under-reporting cannot establish long-term safety.

community-report

A March 2026 community thread contains reports of knee-pain improvement, no improvement, mood flattening and no mood change.

Self-selected public commenters; identities, diagnoses, products and exposures are unverified. Vote counts are not outcome rates. Multiple substances, rehabilitation, natural recovery and reporting bias confound interpretation. This is sourced experience, not a clinical study.

How long it lasts, how you store it, listed sizes

The catalog does not record a single hour value. No verified formulation-specific human estimate in this source set; no guessed value is supplied.

The vendor file lists 6 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg labels. Follow the label on the vial you actually hold for temperature and light. This page does not set a throw-away date after you add water. Write the lot.

Risks and mix-ups already on the record

  • Safety is incomplete; absence of reports does not establish safety.
  • FDA’s 2026 review includes reported local reactions, breathing difficulty and pigmentation changes. Concomitant products and missing details limit attribution; reporting data cannot estimate incidence.
  • Unknown or incomplete for research formulations; this is not a clearance for use.
  • Unknown or incomplete; do not infer compatibility with medications or other substances.

People using PepBear often log: Dated pain, daily function, rehabilitation and activity records alongside existing clinician-directed observations. Record mood changes and symptoms as observations, including nonresponse; improvement does not establish structural tissue healing.

Questions people ask

Is BPC-157 FDA-approved?

This source set shows no US drug approval as of Oct 9, 2026. FDA has published compounding-safety materials that mention BPC-157. That is not product approval.

How many units is a listed 10 mg vial after 2 mL of water on a U-100 syringe?

If you type 10 mg and 2 mL, a U-100 syringe has 100 marks per mL, so each unit is 50 mcg of the dissolved mass. The calculator does that math on the numbers you type. It does not pick an amount for you.

How many units is a listed BPC-157 vial after you add water?

Units = (amount in mcg ÷ (vial mg × 1000 ÷ water mL)) × 100 on a U-100 syringe. Enter the three numbers. The chart shows the same math for each listed vial size and 1, 2 or 3 mL of liquid.

Why flag amounts under 5 units?

A U-100 barrel is easy to misread below about 5 marks. That is a measuring warning. The page does not tell you to take more.
